Since last 4 years, RCI Industries and Technologies Ltd. is actively and passionately working towards achieving its CSR objectives for RCI, CSR stands for community welfare, social upliftment and restoring income equality. Education For All
- We are expecting to bring a change by educating deprived and underprivileged students across the country. With open schools, we are currently extending education in areas such as Punjab (Patiala) and Uttar Pradesh (Hardoi).

RCI Skills And Development
- In order to propel India's National Skill Development Mission, we have introduced skill training programmes for the underprivileged, unskilled or semi-skilled sections of the society. We are also actively creating awareness about the benefits of these programmes in order to increase the number of enrollments for these programmes.
- Currently, our programmes are concentrated in Chandauli, Budaun and Bareilly areas of Uttar Pradesh, but will gradually be extended to other parts of India as well.
- The skill training programmes cover different aspects, from 'Electrical and Electronics' to 'Traditional Skill for Girls', 'IT, Soft & Entrepreneurship Training', and 'Financial Literacy'.
- All the students are assessed by a third-party agency, authorised by the DGT and relevant sector skill council
Women Empowerment
- We have come up with Women Empowerment Programmes in Uttar Pradesh in collaboration with some impactful NGOs, such as Sum Dhrishti Education Society.
- Under these programmes, such as Shashakt Nari Programme and Tradition Art Programmes, embroidery tools are handed over to a group of women who are proficient in the art of embroidery, like zari zardozi and chikankari. These programmes are not only generating income, but also making women confident and empowered.
