RCI INDUSTRIES has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results (Under – Ind AS) for the Quarter ended June 30th, 2018.
Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and for Prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain close for declaration of unaudited financial results (Under Ind AS) of the Company for Quarter ended June 30th, 2018 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from August 07th ,2018 to August 16th ,2018. (Both day inclusive).
